Placement and Internship Procedure

Industries/Organizations interested in recruiting students from the university reach out to the Assistant Director (Training and Placement) through email or phone. The company expresses interest in participating in the placement process and provides details about the roles they are offering.

The Placement Officer and the representative of the company schedule a mutually convenient date for the campus visit and selection process. Companies and the Placement Office agree on a specific date based on the company's availability and the university's academic calendar.

On the agreed-upon date, the company representatives visit the University for the Campus Recruitment Process. This typically includes:

• Pre-placement Talk: The company provides an overview of their organization, the roles offered, job responsibilities, and career growth opportunities.
• Written/Online Tests: If required, the company may conduct written tests or online assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and knowledge.

After the initial assessments (if applicable), shortlisted candidates are invited for personal interviews. The interviews may be conducted in a one-on-one format or as group discussions, depending on the company's recruitment process.

After completing the interview process, the company selects candidates for the offered roles. The company submits a list of selected students to the Assistant Director (Training and Placement). If needed, a waitlist can also be submitted.
